AMA has three types of membership:

             Individual members:  Open to individuals employed by a museum located in Arkansas or to volunteers or board members serving such a museum

             Institutional members:  Open to Arkansas museums.

             Associate members:  Open to out-of-state individuals and museums, individuals not associated with a museum, and other corporations/institutions that are not museums.

 There are links below to each type of membership form.  You have several options:

 If you are paying by check (1) save the form, open it as a Word document, complete it and print it – or print the blank form and fill it in by hand (2) mail the completed form and a check made payable to AMA to the address at the bottom of this page.

If you are paying by purchase order (1) save the form, open it as a Word document and complete it (check the box for PO's) and print it – or print the blank form and fill it in by hand  (marking the PO box) (2) mail the completed form to AMA to the address at the bottom of this page  - OR - save the form, open it as a Word document, complete it (check the box for PO's) and email the completed form to ar.mus.assn.mbr@gmail.com with MEMBERSHIP as a subject.

You can also pay with PayPal.  Save, complete and email the form as above, checking the PayPal box and entering the email address you use for PayPal (so we can properly credit the payment).  Log onto PayPal, click on the SEND MONEY tab, enter ar.mus.assn@gmail.com in the TO box, enter the amount of your payment and check the Services button.  NOTE: add $1.00 to your total membership fee to cover the cost of using PayPal.
